Currently no as this service request is new on the contract, as mentioned in the first question we will require a asset capture.At the moment on the back of the 1st year inspection their will be a mitigation plan to be provided to the client SINSW we are still awaiting a action plan from SINSW if these will be raise for the frequency of the pest management plan.

Can you please clarify the following statement in the mail out regarding tenders; "For each proactive service listed below, we will need to advise businesses in the tender that an initial Reactive callout will be issued to capture the asset data and marking of location services in year 1 only." Does this mean that every tree on a site needs to be tagged and numbered, but only in the first year, and if so, do we have the ability to change our rates between the first and successive years in the tender? BTW I have been involved in the tree risk assessment process since its inception and the tagging and numbering of all trees is a useless process that not only costs a lot more but also causes long term damage to trees. What's more, people remove tags and it is, most of the time, impossible for the tags to be replaced as identifying trees in line with the original report is impossible. The Sydney region is spilt into groups of schools, based on location. Each group is identified by colour and further into A and B groupings.
