Today, Evolve FM is one of Australia’s leading Indigenous Australian businesses, with more than 60 staff and 20% First Nations employment. Managing more than 3.6 billion sqm (including land) of space, across 669 Australian sites for more than 30 clients, supported and delivered by our team of property and FM professionals. We partner with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and businesses whenever possible, with 46–62% of our spend with First Nations businesses.

Managing projects from end-to-end, clients come back to us for our outstanding work and personal approach, with our positive social impact the cherry on top. As part of our Joint Venture arrangements, Evolve FM clients have access to JLL’s significant property related services infrastructure including its Centres of Excellence, access to best in class systems and processes, the latest technology and 24/7 helpdesk support.
In stark contrast to the male dominated property and FM industries, 58% of Evolve FM’s staff are female, and are represented at all levels. Our executive team is now 50% female and 50% male. Over 8.5% of our directly employed staff are Indigenous, and we offer various entry level programs for Indigenous trainees. Employees originate from a large variety of Indigenous people, covering the length and breadth of Australia and the Torres Strait Islands. We have imbedded effective frameworks to support, develop, and retain Indigenous employees and broader diversity groups within Evolve FM.
