Evolve FM provides integrated property and facilities management and project management services to both government and private sector clients.
Evolve FM was established in 2016 as a joint venture between Indigenous company PSG Holdings and international company JLL. PSG Holdings, the majority shareholder, was founded in 2011 by cousins Shane Jacobs and Troy Rugless, who are descendants of the Wiradjuri Nation and grew up in Sydney with strong ties to the La Perouse community and are members of the La Perouse Local Aboriginal Land Council. JLL is a business that is committed to growing Australia’s Indigenous enterprises, and improving the training and job prospects of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (ATSI) Australians. There are currently 27 people employed with Evolve FM, with five who are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. This provides us with a 18% rate of Indigenous employees which is well above the average industry rate.

As an Indigenous Organisation, we are proud to commence our Reconciliation journey.
Creating a Reflective Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) will provide us with a framework to implement new initiatives required to help contribute to achieving reconciliation.
Evolve FM’s vision is to challenge the market to think differently about the way it services its places; unlocking value for our clients across their portfolios. We aim to partner with and foster Indigenous enterprises, hiring and supporting Indigenous Australians and businesses and encouraging growth, development and engagement in the property sector, and more broadly, across the community.
We acknowledge and pay respect to the Traditional Owners of the land on which we conduct business: the Aboriginal and Torres Strait nations of Australia. It is upon their ancestral lands that we stand. We pay respect to the Elders both past and present, acknowledging them as the traditional custodians of knowledge for this place.
