We are proud to recognise Emily Wang as our Employee of the Year, an award that celebrates outstanding contribution and a strong commitment to our company values.

Throughout 2025, Emily has made a consistently significant impact across the business. She supported multiple workstreams across Evolve FM and, under her leadership, her team successfully delivered the Yara client portal project— playing a key role in ensuring a smooth and effective transition for our clients.

Emily is widely regarded as a people leader who demonstrates integrity, particularly in challenging situations, and who consistently goes above and beyond her role. Her contributions to staff engagement initiatives, together with her genuine willingness to support colleagues, are highly valued across the organisation.

She has also taken full end-to-end ownership of efficiency improvements and automation initiatives across Evolve FM, from design through to implementation, delivering meaningful operational improvements and exceptional outcomes for our clients.
