This tender is for Reactive Maintenance Services within the Northern Sydney Region. If you are successful, you will enter into a Services Agreement with School Infrastructure.
This is open to all trades and multi-trade providers with the skills and certification to complete the work.
This contract does not allow for subcontracting, local contractors must not appoint any other contractor to undertake services on their behalf.
This tender will remain open until advised by School Infrastructure and will be evaluated on a regular basis.
Request For Tender (RFT) Response – a system-generated electronic receipt is issued for all online form submitted and received successfully.

Tender Submission
Step 1: Please pre-register below to access the tender section.

Step 2: Once the pre-registration is completed successfully, you can click the “Start Tender Process” button to access the Electronic Tender Form.
Step 3: Please fill the Electronic Tender Form with your tender information. All below sections needs to be completed:

- PO Box Details (PO Box, PO Box City, PO Box State, PO Box Postal Code)
- Contact Details (Mobile/Telephone, Email, Contact Person Name, Fax)
- Non-Price Criteria
- Reactive Services Offered by the Tenderer
- Reactive Returnable Schedule
- Select the Service Type
- Include the hourly rate for:
- Tradesperson (Normal hours / Outside of Normal Hours),
- Apprentice & Trainee (Normal hours / Outside of Normal Hours)
- Include Mark-up for:
- Materials (Material Cost + 5% markup should be written as 1.05)
- Equipment hire (Material Cost + 5% markup should be written as 1.05)
- Include Travel Rates ($ per km OR $ per hr, if travelling from outside 50 km radius from your ABN registered address)
- Select Schools up to 2 of your preferred principal networks
Step 4: Click “Submit” button and an email receipt will be sent to your registered email address.
